The Monday Nite Car Club itself is a social organization, which is an extension of the
Monday Nite Car Club Foundation. Membership in the foundation is separate from membership in the club.  Although the car club exists as a separate entity, the true
nature of the entire organization is to be involved with, and give back to, the local
community by organizing car shows and other events for charitable causes. That's
where the foundation steps in.

The Monday Nite Car Club Foundation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation, and
is not organized for the private gain of any person. The specific purposes of the
foundation are:

         To promote, foster, and encourage activities that improve the quality of life
of children and youth in San Diego County.

         To  assist existing charitable organizations that help those in need and at
risk in San Diego County.

         To promote, foster and encourage the programs or activities at local public schools.
